In this episode, I travel to Ave Maria University to speak to college students about the addiction to the social apps and our smartphones. This addiction is leading a generation to new levels of anxiety, discontent, and spiritual ruin.
But there is hope! Today I meet students have had enough. Some are deleting their social apps, others are limiting screen time.
